WHO ARE WE ?
Green Horizon Biedrība is an environmental association based in Riga, Latvia. Founded in 2025, the association aims to raise awareness of sustainability, combat climate change and promote environmentally friendly practices. Our mission is to build a greener future by empowering communities, supporting innovative environmental projects and fostering international cooperation.

Promoting sustainable development and environmentally friendly practices at local, national and international levels.
Educating communities on the importance of environmental protection and informing individuals to make greener choices.
Organizing effective projects and campaigns focusing on issues such as climate change, biodiversity conservation and waste reduction.
Developing innovative solutions to environmental problems by supporting cooperation between youth organizations, NGOs and decision makers.
We envision a world living in harmony with nature and driven by sustainable values. Our goal is to lead the way in building an environmentally resilient society where ecosystems are protected for future generations.
What We Do?
We organize training sessions and workshops focusing on sustainable living, renewable energy and combating climate change. We encourage the active participation of individuals through activities such as tree planting activities, beach and city cleanups, and recycling initiatives. We collaborate with decision-makers and stakeholders for environmentally friendly policies and sustainable development practices. We support young people by engaging them in environmental projects and international exchanges.
